Shipping Information
All deliveries are subject to stock
availability and authorisation of your payment.
We usually aim to deliver within
seven working days from receipt of order. "Next day" delivery is sometimes available on in-stock items provided orders are made before 2pm.
Most of our products are always in stock, however sometimes we have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for restocking. You will be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order by calling or e-mailing us. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may
suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. If

UK Royal mail is used for shipment of
all orders. All orders are subject to credit and address
verification. For your protection, all Royal Mail shipments require a
customer signature upon delivery. The following types of Royal Mail
services will be used:
For orders up to ?50, "Fist class recorded delivery" will be used.
For orders over ?50, "Next day delivery" will be used.
For orders ?300 and above (excluding VAT), shipping is free.
Royal Mail Swiftair Recorded
Service will be used for international orders. A quotation will be obtained from Royal Mail once an order has been placed. The customer can then decided whether they want to proceed with the order or cancel if the rates are unacceptable.
Payment and Pricing
We accept on-line payment by all the
major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, switch,
Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying
the Mastercard or Visa logos. Your credit card will not be charged
until the goods have been packed and are ready to be shipped.
Payment can also be made by
cheque or postal order within the UK. To do this simply select
payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. When
you receive confirmation of the order from Boutique Venus send a
Cheque or Postal Order in UK Pounds sterling made payable to Boutique
Venus. Please write your order number and e-mail address on the
reverse of the cheque. The order will be dispatched after the cheque
has cleared which typically takes four to seven working days.
Only
individuals 18 years of age and over can order goods from Boutique
Venus.
Prices are in British Pounds and
Boutique Venus reserve the right to change any advertised prices at
any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error and
the quoted price is deemed as uneconomical, we reserve the right to
inform the customer of the correct price, and give him/her a choice
to proceed with or cancel the order.
Return Policy
Boutique Venus is dedicated to provide you with high quality goods and we try to depict and recreate the appearance of our jewellery in our images as closely as possible to the original. However, the images detail and colour will depend on your monitor. Images may not show
the actual size of items. All sizes, weights and measurements are
approximate and are included for guidance only.
Please check the goods on delivery.
If the goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us
within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and
replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 7 days we
shall have no liability for goods alleged to be damaged on delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of
earrings except in the case where they are delivered damaged of
faulty.
If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the
following guidelines.
A. WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS / RETAIL
CUSTOMERS
For a refund / exchange you have
to call or e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of goods to inform us,
and then return the goods within 14 days (UK customers) and within
28 days (international customers). The goods should be returned in
the condition they were received. Any goods that have obvious damage
or shows signs of being used will be returned to the customer and no
refund given.
Please remember that shipping
charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect
item.
We suggest that you ship your
order using the Royal Mail recorded service as Boutique Venus is not
liable for any items lost in transit.
B. RETAIL CUSTOMERS WHO BUY OUR GOODS
FROM OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMER.
In the case where our wholesale
customer has sold our goods to a retail customer and damage occurs,
the following guidelines should be followed.
The wholesale customer should
call or email us and follow the procedures above, provided the
customer has purchased the items within 60 days. Any damage that
occurs after 60 days is regarded by Boutique Venus as "Wear &
tear" and will not be refunded. A copy of the purchase receipt
depicting the date the customer purchased the item should be
enclosed.
In the case where obvious damage
by customer, for example, the items have been dropped causing stones
to fall-out, we unfortunately will not be able to refund or exchange
the items.

Boutique Venus we are committed to providing outstanding value in
quality jewellery and customer service, while protecting the privacy

In order to fulfil orders, we collect
and store the following information from our customers: name,
address, shipping information, email address, billing information and
purchase data. Under no circumstances do we sell or rent this
information to other businesses, and we strictly protect and enforce

addition to using the information referenced above to fulfil your
purchase order, we also retain your name, address, e-mail address and
purchase information in our customer database. We use that

concerning our products, services, sales or special promotions of
Boutique Venus. We try to limit those contacts to ones that might be

information if required by law, court order or in circumstances where
it is judged that disclosure will ensure that others do not come to

Legal Issues
Ownership of goods stays with
Boutique Venus until the goods have been fully paid for.
Risk is transferred from Boutique
Venus to customer at the moment of signature and receipt of goods.
Boutique Venus does not accept any
responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act
as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.
Boutique Venus reserves the right to
refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.
By visiting Boutique Venus you agree
that the laws of England & Wales, without regard to principles of
conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute
of any sort that might arise between you and Boutique Venus.
